Frank is a highly accomplished financing and investment professional with extensive experience in the fields of infrastructure, asset-backed and project finance.  With over 25 years’ investment experience, he has managed real assets throughout the realms of origination, project execution and portfolio management.

Among his many years of experience, he was also employed by FMS-Wertmanagement as Senior Director where he served for over 7 years. As Head of the Infrastructure and Asset-backed Finance PM Team, he built up and managed a team of infrastructure specialists responsible for the government-inherited EUR 18 billion worth of infrastructure assets.

In terms of aviation finance and investment experience, Frank has over 15 years of expertise working with, among others, major German aviation institutions such as BayernLB and HypoVereinsbank / UniCredit.

Frank joined KGAL’s Aviation Team in 2019 as the Fund Portfolio Manager for KGAL's new aviation investment fund. 

Frank has an Economics Degree from the University of California Irvine (UCI), USA
